Dear Lily: Volume IV

Dear Lily,

Help! I have literally no motivation to do anything in school. All I want to do is sleep and talk with my friends. I daydream during class and wait until the last minute to write essays and finish homework. I haven’t been focused on anything in particular since November and it is wrecking my grades. I just took an APUSH test that I didn’t study for and I could not honestly care less. Where can I find the motivation to keep working? It is really affecting my grades, but all I can think about is Spring Break in just a few days!

Sincerely,

Senioritis in Junior Year

Dear Senioritis in Junior Year,

There are only a few months of school left. You’ve got this! If you can make it through these next few days, Spring Break is waiting for you! Think ahead to your next test or paper. When you have downtime, work on schoolwork so you won’t have to worry about it the night before it’s due. I hope you can make it. Think about Spring Break….and summer vacation!

Sincerely,

Lily
